Our software also includes an online portal, where customers can download delivery tickets and booking details, allowing them to check your invoices are correct and reducing the number of calls to your customer service team.

You can choose from a range of charging options, such as zone-based, area-based and customer-specific pricing. Other features include overdue skips reporting, permits management and both individual and batch invoicing.

All of our products come with FREE technical support for the first 12 months, a quick-start guide and an online manual. On-site installation and training is available on request.

Skip Booking Screen

  • Start by entering a name or job number and SkipTrak will automatically populate the remaining customer details for you.
  • Enter your skip size, due date and also payment details where applicable.
  • Select your driver and vehicle, and add the job to their daily manifest.
  • Create an exchange or collection at the click of a button.
  • Print delivery and collection notes for customers.

Job Summary

  • Get a 360° overview of your work from a range of different perspectives – by day, skip size, skip category or type of job, such as collections or exchanges.
  • Search for an existing task by job number, surname, company, postcode or address.

Scheduler

  • View your daily or weekly schedule of work in an easy-to-understand calendar-style format with a colour-coded job status feature.
  • Allocate jobs to drivers, move tasks to different days or reallocate them to different drivers.
  • Batch-print driver tickets and run sheets or send tasks directly to a driver’s phone or tablet.

Ticket Printing

  • Replace your manual system and print tickets directly from your SkipTrak software.
  • Print tickets individually or in batches.
  • Request bespoke layout changes to fit your stationery.

Default ticket format is 6″ x 8″ for use on a tractor-fed dot matrix printer. Midsoft can also source your ticket stationery for you.
