This manual will show you how to add and manage your Vehicles, Plant and your Workshops, create and manage your Work Codes and Engineers, add Costs including Fuel and Vehicle Expenses and assign them to a particular vehicle building up a complete cost history for each vehicle or plant item. Record the daily vehicle checks or if you’re a SkipTrak or RoadTrak handheld customer the daily checks are received by FleetServe directly from the drivers Handheld device, provide you with a suite of reporting tools to manage and monitor your workshop and vehicle costs, and of course there is full data back up options to safeguard your data.
