Welcome to RoadTrak.

Let’s get started on using RoadTrak

This manual will show you how to add and manage your customers, Vehicles, and drivers, do quotes, add Orders, raise jobs and then schedule your routes as well as raising invoices and sending them straight in to your accounts package* With the handheld option you can send jobs straight to the drivers phone or tablet (android only) and then your drivers can send back signed POD’s and any pictures they may have taken.
We even have a daily walkaround check option for the handhelds that will maintain the record keeping and ensure you are legally compliant and if you are using our vehicle maintenance product, FleetServe, any faults that are recorded can be sent straight to the job screen and scheduled for repair, details of FleetServe can be found by clicking the following link FleetServe , or please contact sales@midsoft.co.uk for further information, a brochure or a quote.

We supply a suite of reports within RoadTrak to help manage your business, and a built in back up facility means you can safe guard your data with cloud or offsite backups.
